One of those instances where you go out for a meal and it’s really tasty. Then you figure out, you cooked it.I’m not giving myself 5 stars for tasty food, the stars for the guys at vietcentric.From the moment we walked in the door the experience was welcoming and informative both about the cookery aspect, language, history and geography of Vietnam.Top night and we ate our lovely food with some lovely tea.Thanks for a great evening.

My wife bought me a cooking course voucher for my birthday and I went yesterday. It was great, very interesting cuisine (not what i expected) and friendly/interesting staff.

I attended one of the Vietcentric classes as a social event organized during a conference in Nottingham. They were hospitable, introduced us to Vietnamese food & culture, and I enjoyed both cooking and eating the Summer rolls. A tea ceremony was a great ending to that experience. I totally recommend them.

The staff were so friendly, informative and knowledgeable!The class was well prepared and easy to flow. We cooked a starter and a main which were both delicious! Absolutely loved the cooking class! Such a great mix of learning to make great food as well as getting some insights into Vietnamese history and culture. We've already recommended it to friends. Highly recommended for anyone into their food and wanting to do something a bit different.
We did a cooking class with Vietcentric and it was great! We cooked two dishes so it was great value for money, and we learned about Vietnamese culture too. The team pay attention to detail, are attentive and friendly and booking the class was easy. I am a vegan and my alternative options were great, while my husband really enjoyed the meat option. Would highly recommend this, especially as a gift!
A wonderful experience, highly recommend. My 11 year old son and I did this together and it was brilliant. My son is very shy but the team accommodated his needs, empowered him to cook but were there to assist when needed. We both really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely book again!!

Fantastic experience! The food that we cooked was great, and the whole team were very patient and had a gentle teaching style. The experience had a great focus on Vietnamese culture and traditions and you get far more from this than just a cooking class! I can't recommend enough 🙂

My husband and I went to this amazing class. Not only did we learn about Vietnamese cooking but also about Vietnamese culture which was so interesting. We found that the three hours flew by and we met some lovely people. The Vietcentric team were awesome and professional. We were really happy with the end result and have recommended this to our friends.

Awesome vegan cooking class. I had such a good time, the hosts were very kind and knowledgeable, and I'm very pleased to have learned to cook these delicious dishes. Very good value for money, lovely venue, super well organised. I learned a lot about Vietnam also, which was very much appreciated in advance of my trip next month. Can't wait to go! :)
My husband and I attended the Saturday class and we had such a wonderful time! Not only did we learn to cook two high quality Vietnamese meals, we learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture and language. The session finished with a tea ceremony, which was a great learning experience and incredibly calming. The staff were absolutely lovely! Afterwards they sent the recipes we cooked to us along with an additional one, which I'll be recreating for my husband's sister as she gifted the class to us!For me, Vietnamese cuisine is my favourite.
